2023-2024

Tuition & Fees

It is our goal to provide a dynamic, engaging educational space for our students. Each year, Emerald Christian Academy’s operating budget is based on the support of 3 primary sources: The Oregon Conference of Seventh-day Adventists, our 6 constituent (local) churches, and tuition.

Tuition Rates, Fees, & Discounts

Tuition Agreements

Every family must have a Tuition Agreement completed by the first day of school. This agreement will reflect the tuition cost for the year and any discounts and awarded financial aid to calculate a monthly payment amount. All of Pre-Kindergarten, Cultural Immersion, and Homeschool students are not eligible for any discounts.

Tuition Agreement options:

  • Pay-in-Full (eligible for 3.5% discount if paid by September 15)

  • 10-month (August 2023 - May 2024)*

  • 12-month (July 2023 - June 2024)*

*Returning Families: Please note that all previous year Tuition Agreements and incidental expenses must be taken care of before a new Tuition Agreement can be initiated.

All families must have the ACH or CC Authorization form on file in order to have a Tuition Agreement created.

Financial Aid

A high-quality, Christian education is an investment. ECA offers financial aid opportunities to support families needing assistance. We partner with FACTS, a Nelnet company, to help us objectively assess family’s need for all financial aid considerations through a Grant & Aid Assessment.

FACTS Grant & Aid Assessment (FGAA)

Start your assessment here.

There is a $40.00 fee due upon submission that goes directly to FACTS to cover the cost of the financial analysis. The FGAA is required each year for any family (new or returning) requesting financial aid.

More information about what financial information/documents you’ll need for the assessment can be found in this FGAA flyer. Families are encouraged to complete the FGAA as soon as possible for the 2021-22 school year. The later the submission, the less aid we may have available.
